MSK Home - Terms & Conditions for Selling Products to Us
By offering to sell any item to MSK Home, you (“the Seller”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our business and ensure fairness, quality, and compliance.
1. Ownership and Authority
- The Seller confirms that they are the legal owner of the item(s) and have full rights to sell them.
-The Seller guarantees that the item is not stolen, encumbered, or subject to any third-party claim.
2. Item Condition Requirements
We only accept items in good, original condition. Specifically:
2.1 Appliances and Electronics:
-Must not have been previously repaired, opened, or tampered with.
-Must be in their original factory condition, both inside and outside.
-Items that show signs of internal modification or unauthorized repair will be rejected or returned without payment.
2.2 Furniture and Other Items:
-Must be in acceptable used condition, free of infestation, structural damage, or dangerous defects.
3. Inspection and Verification
-All items are subject to a strict in-person inspection before acceptance.
-MSK Home reserves the right to reject any item for any reason, including suspicion of damage, repair, tampering, or poor condition.
-In some cases, items may be held for up to 7 days for testing or verification purposes.
4. Proof of Identity
-Sellers must present a valid South African ID or passport.
-For appliances or electronics, we may request proof of purchase or origin to prevent the handling of stolen goods.
5. Payments
-Payments are only made after full inspection and approval of the item(s).
-Payment will be made via EFT or cash, as agreed upon. No advance or partial payments will be made.
-Once payment is made, ownership of the item is permanently transferred to MSK Home.
6. No Liability for Rejected Items
-MSK Home is not responsible for storage, damage, or loss of any rejected items not collected within 3 business days of rejection.
-Sellers are required to collect rejected items promptly, or we reserve the right to dispose of them without further notice.
7. False Declarations & Consequences
Any false declaration regarding item condition, ownership, or origin will result in:
-Immediate rejection of the item
-Permanent ban from selling to us
-Reporting to law enforcement, if necessary
8. Final Decision
-The decision of MSK Home on whether to accept or reject an item is final and non-negotiable.
-We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
By signing or agreeing to sell any item to MSK Home, the Seller confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
